The 34th
National Congress organized by the Italian Association of Metallurgy started
today in Trento (Italy). Particularly interesting the section: “History of
Metallurgy” dealing with cleaning essays on artificially weathered samples,
non-invasive analyses on Georgian, Japanese and Indian ancient weapons and
characterization of Roman coins and a shield.
